A February filled with Creativity, Calligraphy, and Coffee

Ah, February – the month of love. National Book Store invites you to celebrate the best of this month with its two upcoming events: the first ever Feels Cafe and the return of Love Calligraphy.

Feels Café

Happening on February 18 and 19 at the Eastwing Atrium of Shangri-La Plaza, Feels Café features booths  from our partner coffee shop, forums on heartbreaks and romance, hugot lines from spoken word artists, and book signings with your favorite authors.

Admission is free and registration starts at 11 am on both days. Special thanks to our partner publishers: ABS-CBN Publishing, Anvil Publishing, Summit Books, and VRJ Books. You can RSVP for this event here.

Love Calligraphy

Also happening on February 18 and 19 at the Grand Atrium of Shangri-La Plaza, Love Calligraphy features workshops on lettering and calligraphy done by some of the country’s top artists. Registration is free and starts at 11 am on both days.

You may even bring your own materials, from pens, inks, sketch pads, and the like! In case you don’t have the materials yet, you can always purchase at the venue. Special thanks to Artline Stix, Caran d’Áche, Derwent, Dong-A, Faber-Castell, Manuscript, Marvy Uchida, Online Germany, Pebeo, Sheaffer, Speedball, Stabilo, Tsukineko, and Zig Kuretake. RSVP for this event here.

A big thank you as well to Shangri-La Plaza, the venue for both these amazing events.
