So the New Year is upon us and you know what that means: time to list down your 2019 goals! Whether it’s a New Year resolution or just something new you want to try, it’s important that your 2019 goals are well-planned so you can keep track of them. Here’s the secret how: Get ahead of your goals! Check out how you can do exactly that:
#1 Make a dream board
Some contest dream boards, but it won’t hurt to make one, right? According to Huffpost, visualization is one of the most powerful mind exercises that you can do. What better way to do this but to create your dream board so you can start visualizing these dreams! You can cut out from old magazines and newspapers and start designing using arts and crafts supplies or simply print it out from your computer. Make sure to pin this where you can always see it.
#2 Intentionally plan each day to achieve your goals
Dedicate a part of each day to activities that support your goal. Want to start meditating? Set aside 20 minutes each day to do that. Wishing to make more art? Time to get those brushes out for at least an hour. Or you can do the opposite like if you’re saving money, you might want to skip that part of the day where you get milk tea or some random junk food. Make it intentional.
BONUS: To easily keep track of all these, start using a planner. Good thing planners come in different themes, like this Harry Potter-themed planner.

#3 Get more knowledge!
Whatever it is you want to achieve, you would need all the help you can get. Three of the best ways that you can do that is to: one, read more; two, be mentored by experts; and three, join groups/organizations of people with the same goal. While looking for mentors and the right support group will take time, books can easily be checked out and bought.
