6pm – 7pm: Discover Mama Sita’s Flavors of the Philippine Islands by Chef Pablo Capparos, Chef Andro Faderanga, and Chef Asst. Philip Lim.
It features bestselling cookbooks as well as cooking demonstrations, food styling sessions, and book signings. It will also showcase different types of Filipino cuisine along with top Anvil food authors, their signature dishes, and their restaurants.
