5 Tips for Shopping at the NBS Book Binge Bazaar!

We’re days away from our first-ever Book Binge Bazaar, a three-day event happening at Megatrade Hall 3 in SM Megamall. Taking place from February 9 to 11, 2018, it’s a go-to event for binge-reading bookworms and casual readers, too!

If you’re excited to go there and shop, check out these five tips:

1. Get a good night’s rest.

The gates open at 10:00 am on each day. Take into account the traffic and the length of your commute, and set your alarms accordingly!

2. Wear comfy clothes and shoes.

There are a lot of reads for you to check out, with everything from children’s books, teen fiction, young adult, fiction, lifestyle, business, and reference books.

It’s best to wear an outfit that you can move around easily in, and a pair of shoes you can walk for hours in!

3. Bring a bunch of tote bags.

Carrying all of the books you’ll be buying might be a hassle, so bring a bunch of sturdy tote bags to make handling them easier! This vintage canvas tote bag is a great option. Grab one today for P75 in branches nationwide.

4. Prepare a shopping list.

Stay tuned to our social media – it’s @nbsalert on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter – to see which books are available at the three different price points: P75, P175, or P275.

You can arrange your list by genre, by price point, or by author. You can also plan which books to grab as gifts for friends and family! But don’t limit yourself to what you planned to buy – there could be tons of reads that tickle your fancy and earn a spot in your book haul!

5. Bring a buddy.

Shopping is always more fun when you have a buddy, be it a friend or a family member. And once you’re done shopping, you can share your book hauls online with the hashtags #NBSsale and #BookBingeBazaar!

Are you excited?
